Founded in February 2026, we specialize in delivering elite-level tactical training and strategic security consulting services to law enforcement agencies, private security firms, corporations, and government entities.

CAPTAIN PEDRO MARCONDES THUT MEDEIROS
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Captain Pedro Marcondes Thut Medeiros brings over a decade of elite military and law enforcement experience to Vanguard Security Solutions. A graduate of the prestigious Military Police Academy of Barro Branco with a Bachelor's degree in Police Science of Security and Public Order, Captain Medeiros has dedicated his career to operational excellence and tactical innovation.
Beginning his distinguished career in December 2010 as a 1st Lieutenant in the Military Police of São Paulo State, Captain Medeiros commanded multiple specialized units including the Radio Patrol Platoon and Tactical Force Platoon. His leadership in high-risk operations targeting organized crime and drug trafficking operations established his reputation for tactical precision and operational effectiveness.
In March 2019, Captain Medeiros was transferred to the elite 1st Special Action Battalion of the Police (Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia), where he managed critical operations across 38 municipalities. As Commander of the Special Action Platoon and Quick Response Platoon, he coordinated high-stakes missions in collaboration with the Public Prosecutor's Office and Federal Police, while spearheading the Battalion's Intelligence Agency.
Since July 2022, as Captain and Company Commander at the Training School for New Soldiers of the São Paulo State Military Police, Captain Medeiros has trained thousands of recruits, managing seven platoons and leading the unit's Intelligence Agency. His expertise in operational procedures, approach techniques, and conflict resolution has shaped the next generation of security professionals.
